The vaccine is approved for emergency use in over 100 countries including Australia, UK, India, the Philippines, Thailand, Canada, France, Germany, etc., and in Brazil, the vaccination is fully authorized.

The vaccine storage temperature is between 2-8°c (for 6 months), it is available in 2 doses, the efficiency of preventing covid-19 is 76% after the first dose and 81% after the second dose.

Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 Vaccine

Also called Janssen is a coronavirus Vaccine, developed by Janssen Vaccines (a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson).

Janssen COVID-19 medicine is approved by many countries for emergency use including Brazil, Canada, Finland, Germany, United States, Poland, Spain, and many others.

It is a one-dose vaccine, and according to JNJ, its efficiency is 85% in preventing corona, the vial stored between 2-8°C temperature.

Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine

Also called mRNA-1273 is a Coronavirus vaccine developed by Moderna (American pharma company) along with Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) and the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).

Moderna Vaccine is approved by over 40 countries including Canada, UK, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, the United States, Italy, and others.

The efficiency of this vaccine is 94% after 2 weeks of the second dose, It is also available in 2 doses, and storage in -25 to -15°C(6 months) and 2-8°C(for 30 days).

Covaxin

Covaxin is also known as BBV152 is a coronavirus vaccine, developed by Bharat Biotech (an Indian biotechnology company) in association with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).

Over 10 countries using this vaccine as an emergency including India, Iran, the Philippines, Venezuela, Brazil, Myanmar, Mexico, etc.

The storage temperature of the vaccine is 2-8°c, available in 2 dose versions, its efficiency rate is 81% in phase 3 trial as of March 2021.

Sputnik V

Sputnik V is a COVID-19 Vaccine produced by Gamaleya Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology (Russian medical research institute).

Gamaleya Sputnik V approved by over 60 countries as an emergency use including Uzbekistan, Albania, Russia, India, Mexico, UAE, Pakistan, Egypt, etc. the vaccine distributed globally over a billion doses ordered by Feb 2021.

The vaccine is available in 2 doses, its storage temperature is -18.5°C (in liquid form) and 2-8°C (in dry form), it is efficient over 80% after both dose vaccination.

Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine

Also called BNT162b2 a vaccine to prevent coronavirus, sold under brand name Comirnaty (in China partnered with Fosun Pharma) developed by American company Pfizer partnered with German company BioNTech.

The vaccine approved for full authorization in Brazil, New Zealand, Switzerland, and Saudi Arabia, over 90 countries approved this vaccination for emergency use including Canada, UAE, China, Spain, UK, United States, Italy, South Africa, Romania, etc.

CoronaVac is a coronavirus vaccine developed by Sinovac Biotech (a Chinese biopharmaceutical company).

In China is used by full authorization, and approved for emergency use by more than 25 countries including Brazil, Chile, Pakistan, Mexico, Thailand, Turkey, and others.

Sinovac COVID-Vaccine showed 83% efficacy in phase 3 results, It is stored in 2-8°C temperature, and it is also available in 2 dose versions.

Sinopharm COVID-19 Vaccine

Also called BBIBP-CorV is a coronavirus vaccine produced by Sonopharm (China state-owned pharmaceutical enterprise).

The vaccine is fully authorized in China, Bahrain, and UAE, and 40 other countries approved this as an emergency use including Belarus, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Laos, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and many others.

The storage temperature for this vaccine should be 2-8°C, it is also available in 2 doses, and its efficiency is found 86% in Phase 3 by UAE.

Remdesiver

Remdesiver is an antiviral medication sold under the brand name Veklury developed by Gilead Sciences (an American biopharmaceutical company). originally it evolved to treat Hepatitis C (an infectious disease that affects the liver) then look into for Ebola and Marburg Virus.

The Remdesiver vaccine is approved to treat Coronavirus (COVID-19) in around 50 countries for emergency use including India, United States, European Union, Japan, Australia, Iran, and others.
